How we work together
- Online sign-up. Choose Leasing or Buy / Sell above and tell us about your goals.
- New York State disclosure. For residential property, we send the state's agency disclosure and fair housing forms. They are not contracts; the state requires every licensed broker to explain who they represent.
- Consultation. A 30 to 60 minute meeting, in person or by video, to review your goals, budget, timing and financing.
- Client profile and agreement. We complete your full client profile and sign a written representation agreement before touring, listing or making an offer.
- Search or listing begins. We start your property search or bring your property to market.
